We do not accept any returns or
exchange, or credits. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

There is no such thing as a perfect box. Boxes may have shelf wears, creases, small dent, bends or other imperfections.

Shipping and Delivery
We will ship out products within 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for the way USPS, UPS & FedEx handle the packages in transit.​

Please be advised that you may be responsible for any customs fee, duties and VAT charged. These fees are not controlled by us, but the governing authorities in your home country. Please note that fees may vary from place to place.

Cancellations & Shipping Errors

Any canceled orders within the first 24 hours, will incur a 20% cancellation fee
of the total order amount. There will also be a $10 restocking fee. Your refund will be subtracted from the 20% cancellation and $10 restocking fees

Please make sure you have the correct shipping address when checking out and please be sure that your P.O. Box accepts packages.

Any package that is returned to Phantastik, will result in a 30% restocking fee. You will not be refunded for shipping. Please allow 7-14 days to issue a refund to your account.
